The Wadeapalooza

It's the celebration of The Thirteenth Annual Wadeapalooza.
A gathering of family, food, laughter, friends, birthdays and live music.
The afternoon began with a private tour thru the Crawford Museum. It was filled with animals from all the continents. It was amazing to say the least.
It made our house look empty of taxidermy. LOL
Now, Ken wants a Lion.
Elephants are BIG!
I found this little guy to be amusing. It's a Muntjac, the fanged deer.
After the Crawford tour, Wade had set up a dove hunt for the guys. It was a BLAST..a little play on words...:)

If we had a giraffe, it could look up onto the loft.
Python.
Back at the house with Jenny, I found out what an amazing artist she is. She does Mosaics.
With my mouth dropped open, I snapped away with my camera. Hanging on the walls of their home you could see her creativity and labor of love come to life. This is a Mosaic of her Mother-in-law. WOW Right!

The party was at Wade & Jenny's house. Food was everywhere! Fresh shrimp brought straight from the gulf.
Meet Jenny. A spirit filled with sunshine...:)
This mosaic her grandson made.

Now what would a party be without Margaritas?
Jenny's Mom.. Her smile would light up a room. She knew all the fun that was in store.
Dove hunting buddies in camo. Ken and Don Armes.
Mark; guitar player, song singer and Wade's brother. Great job guys!
Tuning up!!
Fuel for the tuning...
Wade, nephew Eddie and Mark.
Smiling faces happy places...:) Notice the margaritas.

Fooood!
If you weren't outside listening to the toe-tapping music, you were inside whooping and hollering at NASCAR.

Friends and family filled the house inside and out.
Yummmm, refreshments!
GIT-Tar-ZAN...
Wade and Jenny. Thank you so much for sharing your home and friends with us. We had an amazing time!
Mark's magic fingers.
Larry, the guitar man had hot licks and lots of 'em.
Frankie, the bass player. Some called him "Drunkie", not sure why??
Larry sang vocals of many types.

Can ya tell we had a good time?

Jenny with her Dad and Mom....:)
I was introduced to Jenny's parents as: "This is my Mom and this is my Dad", so here are Mom and Dad..:)

Tall tales were being told!

Jenny's uncle.

Jenny with her daughter, Ivy...:)
HOT licks all around filled the night air.
Brother..:)
Touching a gift given from the heart. Right Ivy?

Boys will be boys!!! :)

Momma and daughter..:)
Friends filled the room...:)
